Reporting to the VP of Digital International, I design and oversee the Digital International creative for Victoria’s Secret Lingerie, Beauty, Swim and PINK. Focused on expanding Victoria’s Secrets Brand’s global growth in Europe and North America, I lead a small group of best-at-class creatives who work on localizing Domestic content as well as concepting unique creative for various omni-channel endeavors and marketing drivers. I work cross-functionally with eComm, Marketing, International Stores, Creative Vendors and Domestic teams, to strategize design solutions & drive innovation across all business units and channels inclusive of web, email, social, online advertising, video and print.

Responsible for the daily design of Desktop & Mobile home and landing pages, marketing offers and banners. Works, cross-functionally with Merchant, Store, Photography and Copywriting teams to curate superior digital experiences & seamless content. Partners with Digital Managers, Pre Press and company vendors to improve the specifications, delivery and work-flow process of Web based images. Additionally, I worked with our UX team to test and design site layouts to include Dynamic Text functionality to broaden international translation capabilities.

Working in tandem with Art Directors, we were responsible for
the design to production of over 60 print catalogs annually, as well as corresponding marketing materials. Collaborated with both Store and Web channels to create industry leading, omni-channel content/experiences that reflect and elevated our brand standards. Creative liaison to our Marketing team, I managed the incorporation of all brand promotions and campaigns into various direct mail pieces as well as executing the first ever Pro Cards within our catalogs and bind-ins. In addition, I trained and mentored our freelance staff, focusing on their growth of brand knowledge, design, accuracy and production skills.

Apart of the Direct Mail Team, I was responsible for the design to production of marketing creative for Toys“R”Us brands including Babies“R”Us, FAO Swartz and Baby Universe. I lead the conceptual redesign of the Babies“R”Us mailer as well as executing new company initiatives such as the 2012 Big Baby Book, Toys“R”Us Halloween & Fisher Price Catalogs. Range of additional duties included, providing initial photography direction to studio, assisting with photoshoots, packaging/releasing art to Press, reviewing proofs and partnering with Project Managers, Buyers, Marketing, Copywriting and Pre-Press teams.

Working within the Industrial Tools department I developed the design concept for the 2009 EK Success presentation to Target. Daily duties included designing packaging and graphics for paper punches, student/teacher guides and company catalogs as well as participating in marketing and brainstorm sessions.

Assisted the Creative Director in all aspects of design for a specialty gifting company including gift bags, wrapping paper, stationery, packaging and product development. Conceptualize and produced the 2009 Holiday and Everyday Catalogs that were presented to retailers such as Target, Anthropologie, Ross and
T.J. Maxx for purchasing orders. Stayed on top of industry trends by patterning competitors, creating seasonal inspiration boards and purchasing brand licenses/artwork. Additionally, I assistant the corporation’s sister company, Florence Paper, in the development of brand identities by creating logos, style guides and corresponding marketing collateral.
